    Kitchen Staff training

    Kitchen pre-opening assistance (Specification and sourcing of equipment & utensils etc.)

    Hygiene specification (Internal fridge layout/temperature control based on FEHD guidelines etc)

    "Mystery Shopping" Report (As an anonymous guest, checking standards and reporting on all aspects from telephone reservation to order

     taking, service, food quality & presentation)
