This website outlines the culinary skills of Chef Kittiya Fuangfoo, and also aims to entertain, inform and educate its readers about Thai Food, culture, customs and various fascinating facts about the Kingdom of Thailand.

Krua Lime represents Chef Kittiya from our current base in Hong Kong, but our wide range of services cover the entire South East Asian region.

Chef Kittiya specialises in Thai food (naturally), but is also experienced in the preparation of many different international cuisines, and enjoys creating new dishes by combining Thai food with ingredients from all over the world - her own version of "Fusion".
